Experienced Data Entry Coordinator (Contractor) – Benefits Data Migration Support

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator (Contractor) to join our Care Delivery team on a contract basis. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our mission by conducting benefits data migration. About the Role:

As a Data Entry Coordinator, you'll be responsible for transferring benefits data from historical documentation to our new tooling. You'll also maintain clear and thorough documentation of your work, communicate and collaborate regularly with our Care Delivery Team, and perform other duties as assigned. We're looking for someone who can work efficiently through a high volume of tasks, pick up on structured processes quickly, and possess excellent written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Transfer benefits data from historical documentation to our new tooling

• Keep clear and thorough documentation of your work
• Communicate and collaborate regularly with the Care Delivery Team at arenaflex
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

* An interest in/passion for healthcare and making a contribution to an exciting organization

• An extremely strong attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills
• An ability to work efficiently through a high volume of tasks
• An ability to pick up on structured processes quickly
• Proficiency with Google Apps, Email, and Microsoft Word

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in data entry, benefits administration, or a related field

• Familiarity with healthcare or human services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with data migration and integration
