Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty. Your duties will include:

  • Interacting with Customers: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Stepping up to meet customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations.
  • Safety and Security: Working daily with a safety mentality, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Running collaboratively with others, assisting your colleagues, and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
  • Physical Ability: Able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage, and meet airport requirements for badging.
  • Legal Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Attendance and Appearance: Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
