• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a home office environment with minimal supervision
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Windows 10 or 11 Operating System and ability to navigate through multiple computer systems
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 4.0 MBPS and upload speed of 2.0 MBPS
• Wired USB headset and keyboard with function keys required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Availability for first shift, with flexibility to work weekend shifts
