Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating, promoting, and selling arenaflex's products and services to prospective customers, strategically presenting functionality and key value propositions to drive sales and customer acquisition
  • Developing and fostering relationships with prospects, maintaining close communications to close sales and promote customer retention
  • Meeting and exceeding targets, achieving monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition
  • Tracking progress and results, recording prospect interactions and tracking goal attainment in our CRM system
  • Researching and understanding target markets, staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's overall market opportunity

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience selling a product or service
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships with customers and prospects
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals, with a strong drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating, with a focus on building trust and rapport with customers
  • Unrelenting drive to succeed, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and prospects

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools

* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, with a strong understanding of our value proposition
  • Certification in sales or customer service, with a focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
