This is a Remote role - Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST - Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment. - Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies and attorneys to provide medical record status - Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors. - Proficient in Microsoft office (including Word and Excel)
