Job Description

At Enlyte, we connect injured workers with quality healthcare through our innovative networks and solutions. Our Specialty Networks team plays a crucial role in ensuring timely access to specialized care that helps patients recover and return to work. We're seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to serve as the vital connection point between injured workers, healthcare specialists, employers, and insurance partners. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate seamless scheduling experiences that support optimal outcomes in the workers' compensation ecosystem. Schedule & Work Environment

  • Remote or Hybrid depending on location (offices in Chattanooga, TN and Tucson, AZ)
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday
  • 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (in your time zone)
  • Fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on delivering quality care coordination

Core Responsibilities

  • Care Coordination: Schedule timely specialty medical services for injured workers, ensuring appropriate matching of patient needs with provider expertise
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication between insurance carriers, provider offices, attorney offices, and injured workers throughout the scheduling process
  • Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service to all parties while navigating complex scheduling requirements and authorization processes
  • Documentation Precision: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all scheduling activities within Enlyte's systems, supporting seamless claims processing
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure all scheduling follows established protocols, authorization requirements, and regulatory guidelines
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, authorization issues, and client concerns to maintain service continuity

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare scheduling, workers' compensation administration, or related fields
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for explaining complex processes clearly
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems, claims management software, and MS Office applications
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stress and solve problems efficiently
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments or stakeholder groups

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $16.50 - $20.00 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
