Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Medicare, you'll play a vital role in handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, empathy, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls, emails, and other customer inquiries related to Medicare benefits, claims, and enrollment

  • Provide empathetic and solution-focused responses to customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Call Center Customer Service experience with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales)

  • Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Empathy and strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • ALL candidates must score a minimum of 80% on the eSkills test

Preferred Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience

  • Healthcare industry experience, particularly in the Medicare sector
  • Previous experience working with call center software and systems
  • Medical background or certification (e.g., CNA, LPN, RN)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
