As a key member of our support team, you will engage with our community through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide timely and effective support. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to our community of veterinary professionals through various channels, including live chat, phone, and email
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, identify areas for improvement, and evolve our platform to meet the needs of our users
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform, its features, and its applications to provide accurate and helpful support
  • Utilize intercom and other chat platforms to engage with users, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support resources to enhance the user experience
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that demonstrate your ability to provide exceptional customer support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience in a support or service role
  • 2-year Associate's degree or 4-year College degree in a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling responses to user inquiries
  • Experience in chat support or a related field, with knowledge of intercom and/or other chat platforms strongly preferred
  • Patient and compassionate approach to handling difficult situations, with a strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and a one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Tech/start-up work experience is a plus, but not required
