Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a senior data analyst, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop data-driven insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and innovation
- Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven insights
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling storytelling
- Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in an information and analytics space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality data analysis projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and communicating complex data insights to non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Scene, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, join channels, and business spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate issues to leadership
- MBA or other multi-industry experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with a sense of humor and creativity
