Job Summary:

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-centric approach will make a significant difference in our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong computer navigation skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, communications)

Work Environment:

* Work from home in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file

  • arenaflex will provide the necessary equipment, including a webcam
  • You'll need to provide a reliable internet connection (DSL or Cable) with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
  • Your workstation must be connected directly to the internet with proof of meeting the minimum internet speed requirements
