We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails on behalf of arenaflex's customers in a timely manner. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, have a knack for technology, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a professional and timely manner

  • Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
  • Identify and report system errors or anomalies to ensure seamless operations
  • Meet or exceed the minimum number of conversations per hour, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively
  • Operate within multiple software platforms, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and tools
  • Collaborate with the customer engagement team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction ratings

Education & Skills Required:

* Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments

  • Must have access to high-speed internet, ensuring seamless communication with customers and colleagues
  • High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and technology

Work Schedule:

Our flexible work schedule allows you to choose from two options: Option 1: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF) Option 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
