We are now seeking a highly motivated, production-driven, and team-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Part-Time Weekend Customer Service Representative.

Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in applying the latest customer service techniques and learning our account management systems to improve the customer experience during challenging times. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, with various shifts available on weekends, ranging from 3-29 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home office, providing exceptional support to our customers and driving customer satisfaction.

Available Shifts

  • Sundays Only: 8:00AM-4:00PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 7:00AM-12:00PM
  • Saturdays Only: 4:00PM-10:00PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00AM-5:00PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00AM-4:00PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 3:00PM-11:00PM

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries
  • Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process
  • Collecting and documenting claim details accurately
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions
  • Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
  • Remaining available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to provide critical support
  • Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage
  • Successfully demonstrating arenaflex's core values, including customer-first, self-motivated, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Computer skills, including knowledge of basic computer functions, Microsoft Word, and Excel, with a typing speed of at least 40wpm
  • A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
  • 1-2 years of quality assurance experience is preferred

Network Requirements

To work from home, you will need to meet the following network requirements:

  • A speed test must be run from the computer you will be working from (www.speedtest.net)
  • An Ethernet connection is not required but strongly recommended
  • You must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations
  • No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US
