Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user issues in client software applications for clinical trials
  • Documenting all call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures
  • Monitoring team mailbox emails and documenting according to procedures
  • Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate at all times
  • Adhering to departmental procedures for all emergencies

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A college degree (preferred) and at least one year of applicable experience
  • Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level, with strong phone skills
  • A strong commitment to customer service and the ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
  • Availability to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis and travel to client sites for urgent situations

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual skills in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese
  • Experience working in a clinical trials or healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with export-controlled commodities and technology
