Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our evening and weekend shift team. As a Perceptionist, you'll act as an extension of our clients' businesses, helping them answer calls and grow their business. Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As a Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients
  • Determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately using active listening skills
  • Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs
  • Understanding the importance of attention to detail and improving skills through practice
  • Applying new knowledge or skills quickly and solving problems without being asked
  • Enjoying working in a technical workplace and collaborating with a team environment

Required Qualifications

* Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience required

  • Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
  • Strong PC and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other technical tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
