Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Account Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our insurance clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and fostering strong client relationships. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and delivery of insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities

Client Support: Serve as the main contact for clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and fostering strong client relationships.

  • Solution Delivery: Coordinate the implementation of insurance solutions, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on-time completion.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to communicate client needs and assist in onboarding new clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on client projects and satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in client services, account coordination, or a similar role in insurance.

  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • CRM and Project Management Tools: Familiarity with CRM and project management tools, such as Salesforce, Asana, or Trello.
  • Insurance Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, including insurance products, services, and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish.
