Job Function

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Typist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that records are up-to-date and accurate

  • Maintain a high level of productivity and meet or exceed performance targets
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our systems, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Identify and report any errors or discrepancies in data entry
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field (e.g., administrative assistant, customer service)
  • Strong typing skills (25 words per minute or higher)
  • Proficiency in arenaflex Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and arenaflex Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare, warehouse, or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Administrative Assistant, Certified Data Entry Specialist)

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
