The Role
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. You'll be the front line of our company, providing financial solutions to address our clients' individual needs. Your expertise, courtesy, and professionalism will make all the difference in building strong relationships with our clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound client calls to provide exceptional service and support
* Effective communication with clients and coworkers to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving
* Attention to detail in documentation, appointments, and client information to maintain accurate records
* Time management and organization to keep meetings and appointments on track, both in-office and remotely
* Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive business growth and revenue
What It Takes to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, with a track record of success
* Ability to handle outbound calling and data entry tasks with ease
* Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making
* Demonstrated phone etiquette and upselling abilities
* Multilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
