Job Description
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' customers via phone. You'll answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about our clients' services and products. We're looking for individuals who are honest, professional, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer calls and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information about our clients' services and products
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a quiet home office environment or a quiet workspace
- Must be over 18 years of age
- A computer with high-speed internet (Windows 7 or better)
- A working headset with a microphone that can be used with your computer
- Ability to perform work without supervision
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
