Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fostering teamwork: Collaborate with and help teammates with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring seamless communication and support.
  • Surprising and delighting each client: Innovate and consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring no client falls through the cracks.
  • Responding to client requests and questions: Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Applying for payments and sending out payment reminders: Manage client payments and reminders, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Managing flight changes and seat assignments: Coordinate flight changes and seat assignments, ensuring seamless travel arrangements.
  • Concierge-related details: Assist clients with arranging surprises, welcome notes, and other concierge-related services.
  • Corresponding with clients on preferences: Communicate with clients on their preferences, assisting with arranging surprises and welcome notes.
  • Preparing client documents and travel tips: Create and distribute client documents and travel tips, ensuring clients are well-prepared for their trip.
  • Updating daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our cloud-based CRM system.
  • Setting schedules and managing time effectively: Manage your time efficiently, ensuring seamless delivery of services and meeting deadlines.
  • Managing client profiles and bookings: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles and bookings, ensuring seamless travel arrangements.
  • Serving as backup travel support/main point of contact: Provide emergency support and serve as the primary point of contact for clients in case of emergencies.
  • Continuing to grow in savvy and proficiency: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing tools to enhance our remote workplace culture.
