Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing online chat applications to interact with customers, addressing inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and discount codes
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Working independently to resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary

Contract Length and Rate

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
  • Availability to work 10+ hours per week during overnight hours
