We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef / Sous Chef – International Cuisine to lead and support our culinary operations. This role is ideal for a chef with a strong background in multi-cuisine concepts, high standards, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen operations and ensure excellence across all sections
  • Develop and execute international cuisine menus with consistency and innovation
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff
  • Control food cost, inventory, and waste efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in international or multi-cuisine restaurants
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • Passion for quality, creativity, and continuous improvement
  • Immediate joiners preferred
