Experienced Customer Care Advisor – Insurance Services and Support

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members regarding insurance products, providing exceptional service and support across multiple channels.
  • Assisting members with quotes, binding new business, policy inquiries, billing, payments, underwriting, and coverage provisions, ensuring accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services.
  • Identifying and understanding member needs to provide personalized advice and solutions, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Operating efficiently in a contact center environment, maintaining engaging member interactions while prioritizing tasks and managing multiple contacts simultaneously.
  • Maintaining required Property & Casualty license and state registrations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed as a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to provide exceptional customer service by phone and email, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving.
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple contacts and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements, with a commitment to upholding industry standards.
  • The ability to acquire Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations within 90 days of hire, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • At least 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and results.
  • 6 months experience frequently communicating with customers by phone, email, or face-to-face, with a focus on building strong relationships and loyalty.
  • US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner, with a deep understanding of the military community and their unique needs.

Compensation and Perks:

The hiring range for this position is: $45,010 - $47,510, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including:
