Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative Position

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field: A degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Relevant experience and skills can be considered in lieu of a degree.
