We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (Chat) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch service to our customers, providing solutions to their queries, and driving sales growth. The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative (Chat), you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Replying to incoming emails from customers, providing clear and concise solutions to their queries.
  • Requesting contact lens prescriptions from eye care providers as needed, ensuring seamless communication with our customers and partners.
  • Consulting customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, delivering solutions that create a positive experience for our customers.
  • Maintaining high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma (or GED equivalent) and a strong foundation in customer service and sales.
  • Excellent typing and computer skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute.
  • A hustle and tireless work ethic, with a self-starter mentality and a drive to succeed.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks simultaneously, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales is a plus, but not required.

  • Live in one of the following approved states: Utah.
