Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced licensed pharmacy technician to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that's reflective of our company's purpose and values. You'll serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that's reflective of our company's purpose and values

  • Serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers
  • Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications
  • Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner
  • Provide customer service that upholds our goals of delivery through the execution of our Heart At Work Behaviors

Key Requirements

* Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance

  • Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date
  • 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Proficient to advanced PC skills required, including MS Windows-based applications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Call Center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery

  • Bilingual Spanish

Education

* Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
