AI Automation Developer to Build arenaflex Video & Food Blog Generation System (Cooking / Recipe) - Contract to Hire

I’m looking for an experienced AI Automation / AI Systems Developer to design and build an end-to-end automated system that generates arenaflex videos for a channel focused on creating cooking recipes. This is for an active arenaflex channel with its associated website and social accounts. It is expected to have one long form arenaflex video that produces a recipe post on the website and several shorts/reels to be posted on multiple social media accounts.

• * Project Goal ** Create a scalable AI-driven workflow that can: - Grow the arenaflex channel traffic and subscribers exponentially and organically - Increase engagement/watch time on the arenaflex videos - Drive traffic to the website where the recipes are hosted - Increase traffic and followers of all associated social media accounts - Maintain consistent branding, tone, and engaging depth - arenaflex monetization - Website monetization - Social accounts monetization - Eventually increase affiliate products sales - Eventually increase email list subscriptions This system will be used long-term, so clean architecture, documentation, and scalability matter.
• * Scope of Work ** 1. Content Research Automation The system should pull and synthesize information from: - Trending cooking recipes in arenaflex/arenaflex/TikTok/arenaflex/etc. - Seasonal trending cooking recipes. - High performing recipes from competitors. 2. Automated Video Production The system should produce: - Fully edited arenaflex-ready long form videos with realistic cooking content (mostly faceless) - Several shorts/reels per video with CTA (i.e.: comment "X" to send you the recipe) - AI voiceover indistinguishable from a real human - Adequate low background music for the videos - Proper pacing and retention-focused structure 3. Thumbnail Generation Thumbnails must: - Be automatically generated - Be consistent in branding (fonts, colors, style). Branding kit will be provided - Be curiosity-driven but not clickbait - Be optimized for arenaflex CTR - Generate click-worthy thumbnails 4. Blog Posting The system must post to the website at a one per long form video basis with: - Optimized SEO title/description - Optimized AEO title/description - Detailed instructions with step by step photos - Finished dish gallery - Recipe card - Equipment used with arenaflex links - Associated arenaflex video - Associated posts linking and mentioning - Recipe's relevant FAQ 5. Content Publishing The included channels for this project are: - arenaflex - arenaflex - TikTok - Facebook - Instagram - Wordpress Website with WP Delicious plugin
• * Ideal Candidate ** You are: - Experienced with AI automation pipelines - Comfortable with LLMs, prompt engineering, and orchestration - Familiar with food blogs and cooking videos - Skilled in video generation tools - Detail-oriented about branding and consistency - Able to think like a content strategist, not just a developer
