Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Compensation and Injury Review Specialist, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers, providing accurate information, and guiding them through the compensation process. Responsibilities:

* Connect with callers through an automated dialer, assessing their eligibility for compensation

  • Multitask, listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to provide exceptional customer service
  • Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Assist with other projects as needed
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues independently

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* Connect with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 potential qualifiers

  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

* Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey

  • Possess a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with:

+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU

  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
  • Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset wired via USB (average price: $20-$30)
  • Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week

* Total Compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+)

Work Environment:

* Full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: + Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern + Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern

  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
