As a Voice Data Entry Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a wide range of tasks, including voice and non-voice processes, data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications. Your primary objective will be to validate information provided to our clients by third-party sources, ensuring precision and accuracy. You'll work closely with our team to execute Enrichment Tasks as outlined in client training, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect in all communications.

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in both voice and non-voice tasks as required, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and respect, ensuring seamless interactions with clients and team members.
• Validate information provided to our clients by third-party sources using online databases to guarantee precision and accuracy.
• Execute Enrichment Tasks as outlined in client training, adhering to strict quality control standards.
• Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, including follow-ups with various state boards for status updates.
• Ensure prompt and high-caliber execution of assignments, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
• Remain adaptable in performing additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.

Required Skills
