Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes utilized for information/text mining, analysis, and insights to enable informed business decisions. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25 and a standard 8-hour workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Under moderate supervision, plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes utilized for information/text mining, analysis, and insights to enable informed business decisions.
• Gain insight into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from numerous dissimilar sources.
• With moderate guidance, create solutions from initial concept to production and communicate results to a broad range of audiences.
• Effectively utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the data available for analysis.
• Regularly utilize data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation.
• Guide less senior staff, work in cross-functional teams and projects, and regularly present to management.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or Finance.
• At least 3 years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis.
• Proficient in analysis software and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or coursework with SAFE Agile.
• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; numerical analysis; discrete data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, Python/R, automation, revenue data, and basic accounting knowledge.
