Key Responsibilities

As an Email/Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through email and chat channels, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer queries. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Email/Chat Support Specialist or similar role
