We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area, identifying and contacting potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches.
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes.
- Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them.
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:- Proactivity and ability to work in a team.
- Marked attention to detail in daily work.
- At least 1 year of previous work experience (a plus).
- Advanced English level.
