Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely, effective, and personalized support to our parent-clients. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Act as the go-to resource for parent-clients, ensuring their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed quickly and efficiently.
  • Foster positive, long-lasting relationships with parents and students, delivering exceptional service that builds trust and satisfaction.
  • Address parent questions or concerns, ensuring that parent and student needs are met effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary contact for potential customers, answering questions and providing support and consultation via WeChat, email, and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide personalized support and consultation to parent-clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring that customers receive accurate and relevant information.
  • Identify and escalate customer issues to management as needed, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous customer service or customer-facing experience is highly desired, but not essential.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Quick and clear in communication, with a knack for timely responses.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) is an asset.

  • Previous customer service or customer-facing experience, preferably in an education or technology-related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service).

  • Previous experience in a remote or virtual customer service environment.
