As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for engaging with website visitors, providing prompt and helpful responses to their queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service through live chat, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Engaging with website visitors and providing prompt and helpful responses to their queries
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and calm demeanor, even under pressure
  • Working independently and closely following provided steps and instructions
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to handle multiple incoming requests at once
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • 5+ hours availability per week
