Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Data Entry Specialist to provide high-quality data entry services for arenaflex. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering client data, services, and other relevant information into various databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform data entry tasks with precision and speed, meeting or exceeding productivity standards

• Enter client personal data, services, and other relevant information into various databases, including Case Worthy, CDS, and Easy Recruiter
• Search databases as needed to retrieve and update information
• Review intake forms for completeness and update data systems with changes
• Collaborate with the Healthcare Admin Jobs Data and Compliance Coordinator for systems evaluation and implementation
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and database management systems
• Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 55 wpm
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a non-profit or healthcare-related environment

• Familiarity with Case Worthy, CDS, and Easy Recruiter software
• Certification in data entry or a related field
• Experience with data analysis and reporting

Skills and Competencies:

* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems
