As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in advertising and selling our containers to customers via chat, using our cutting-edge software. Job Description:

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via chat and encourage them to place an order for our secondhand shipping containers. You'll be working closely with our sales team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support. Here are some key aspects of the job:

Advertise and Sell Shipping Containers:

Use our software to advertise and sell our secondhand shipping containers to customers via chat.

Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers via chat, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Closing Sales:

Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices to customers using our company's system.

Lead Management:

Each lead that you add to your account will be assigned to a sales manager to call and follow up with the customers via phone calls.

Training and Support:

Receive daily training and support from our team, including access to a Q&A group and mentors who will help you achieve your goals.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Strong Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers via chat and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner.

Sales Experience:

Previous sales experience, preferably in a remote or customer-facing role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using software and technology to communicate with customers and manage leads.
