About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. You will be part of a talented and motivated team that values a sense of humor and a friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage customer interactions via inbound calls

  • Provide an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
  • Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Skills

* Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native level)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and compassionate approach
  • Patient, empathetic, and eager to help
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
