About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Key Responsibilities

- Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests

- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications and Skills
* Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native level)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-oriented and compassionate approach
- Patient, empathetic, and eager to help
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Team player with a respectful attitude towards authority
- Attention to detail
- Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office
