Job Summary
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide solutions and recommendations to customers to meet their needs

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
- Certification in customer service or a related field
