Key Responsibilities
As an experienced Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably
- Turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue
- Utilizing your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To live within the state of Kansas
- A reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- A computer with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
- A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
- The ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- A typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
- Gaming experience is a plus, but not required
