Join our Dutch Customer Experience Team

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Dutch Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Dutch customer experience team, you will play a vital role in supporting customers from the Netherlands and Belgium, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. After completing a comprehensive training program led by certified instructors, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns

  • Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by representing a major brand and providing exceptional service
  • Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords
  • Set up repairs for hardware-related issues
  • Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support interaction experts
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and continuously strive to improve customer experience

What You Will Bring:

* Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level)

  • Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred)
  • Prior customer support experience (advantageous)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically
