Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer support representative to join our global customer support team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our subscribers, addressing their concerns, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support to our subscribers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Addressing customer concerns and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services
  • Documenting customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to track trends and improve our processes
  • Staying up-to-date with our products, services, and subscription plans to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Adapting to changing customer needs and preferences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, business administration)
  • Three+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the entertainment industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of streaming services and technical issues related to streaming
  • Experience with content management systems and other technical tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., PMP, CSM)
  • Experience working in a multicultural or international environment
