Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, your primary duties will include:

• Qualifying prospects through cold calling, emailing, and messaging to understand their business needs and identify potential opportunities
• Successfully converting prospects into long-term business relationships by presenting arenaflex as the solution
• Meeting monthly and weekly sales goals, which will be discussed and set with your success team
• Providing exceptional customer service to existing clients, answering their questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
• Growing customer accounts through low-ticket sales, which will help you develop your skills and increase your earning potential
• Collaborating with the sales team to share ideas, best practices, and strategies for success
• Implementing effective organizational techniques to manage each stage of the sales cycle, ensuring that you're always on top of your game

Requirements

To succeed as a Phone and Chat Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualities and skills:

• Proven experience of at least 6 months in cold calling or a similar sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• C1-C2 English proficiency
• A computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer
• Full-time availability and a strong commitment to your role

• Self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
