Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, addressing questions and concerns regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Take inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members understand their coverage and options
  • Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specialized clients
  • Receive comprehensive training to upskill and support client and member inquiries as business needs arise
  • Offer solutions to simplify our members' healthcare experience, leveraging your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates genuine concern for improving their quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience
