Job Summary Responsible for identifying and strategizing plans to achieve long-term goals and objectives of the organization. Recommends the allocation of resources to existing businesses; identifies merger and acquisition opportunities. Plans the overall direction and financial planning of the Strategic Planning department. Provides leadership and direction for multiple functional areas. Manages professionals at manager, supervisor and professional levels. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives. Influences, shapes and integrates strategy for functional area(s).

Job Description

• Contributes to the development of the company’s overall strategy, and helps lead high priority strategic initiatives.
• Oversees business modeling and long-range financial planning.
• Evaluates the economics and business models of specific products/services, companies and industry sectors.
• Oversees projects for environmental scans, organizational positioning analyses and other studies related to the Company's growth and profitability.
• Helps develop and provides guidance to the Strategic Planning team.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
