It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.We just closed our Series B for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 52 employees.We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote IT Support Specialist with the following experience:- Support internal employees using JAMF, Avast (virus protection), Slack, G Suite, SSO, VPN- Occasionally help on special security projects using SOC, SOC 2, and Vanta- SaaS experience strongly preferredThis role is mostly supporting internal employees with their IT needs.We do have some special projects and security-related work, but it's a smaller portion of the position.For that reason, experience with SOC, SOC 2, or Vanta, is a huge plus!Also - we're big on promoting people from within.
