Key Responsibilities

As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, your duties will include:

  • Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
  • Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions
  • Working through complex problem-solving scenarios to resolve customer issues
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
  • Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
  • Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
  • Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on creative and effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting up to 49 pounds, standing for extended periods, and walking during shifts
  • Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
