The Role

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service, ensuring that every interaction meets or exceeds our established service level agreements (SLAs). You'll report directly to the Customer Success Supervisor and will be tasked with guiding new and potential customers through their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner, ensuring that every conversation is personalized and memorable.

  • Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand.
  • Be empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line, making informed decisions that balance customer satisfaction with business objectives.
  • Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure that customer needs are being met effectively, driving continuous improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Management team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting or exceeding SLAs.

  • Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the URBN brands, customers, and product, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business, with a focus on finding innovative solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
