Job Description:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our customer service and operations teams, ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a leading global airline company.

Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter and update data into various systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents, maintaining confidentiality and security of all data collected.
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, using your excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
• Compile, sort, and organize data to be entered into the database or electronic systems, using your strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where possible, and collaborating with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, using your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus.

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, with a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to collaborate with other team members.
