As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinical team. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinical team

  • Provide exceptional customer care, responding to caller inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caller interactions and information
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer care skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and software

* Work-from-home (remote position) after a two-week orientation/training in our Gilbert training center

  • Monday – Friday schedule, with flexibility to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays
