Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As an Experienced Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service experiences, building trust, and confidence in our business
  • Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, showcasing your professionalism and expertise
  • Fostering personalized and helpful interactions with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Utilizing active listening skills to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond accordingly
  • Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Demonstrating attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all interactions
  • Improving skills through practice, applying new knowledge and skills quickly to stay ahead of the curve

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement
  • Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts
  • Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Strong knowledge of sales and customer service principles, with a focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Experience working with CRM software and other technical tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
