  • Completing release of information requests with complete accuracy and quality checks
  • Retrieving patient's medical charts and pulling medical records accurately according to requests
  • Electronically transmitting medical records to processing operations
  • Recording hours utilizing proper class codes and activity codes in the electronic time keeping system
  • Adhering to productivity standards for each client's work as assigned

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills, with experience in electronic data systems
